Michael Chekhov was a Russian-American theatre practitioner and acting teacher. His techniques still taught around the world prove to be reliable and accessible for actors of any level to develop and perform characters through the use of imagination and bodily sensation (Jack Nicholson and Marilyn Monroe being two of note).
The exploration focuses on how imagination can perceive and feel the body, informing behavior choices.

Equip yourself with the skills to command the screen and leave a lasting impact on the audience
Sharlene
Because I'm not an actor, like, it was an extremely interesting experience because there are many useful things... that allows you to express yourself and also be used as a good tool in the filmmaking industry. My favorite exercise would probably be radiation. Through that exercise, I was able to explore my imagination and my emotions in a way that I would never expected and allow me to expand my emotional range as well. And it let me find out more about myself.
Yes, I would probably use this technique whenever I can when I'm directing or shooting my films, because I find this technique very useful, and it's a very valuable tool in filmmaking.
