We offer competitive pricing with flexible options to suit your budget: ​ Per Hour: SGD $50 (minimum of 2 hours booking). Discounts: Enjoy a 10% discount for bookings of 5 hours and a 15% discount for 10 hours or more. Small shows and concerts: SGD $50/ hour plus a 2% cut from total gross ticket sales.

Payments can be made via PayNow to KrisP Production or by bank transfer. A $200 deposit is required for bookings of 2 or more days to cover any damages. This deposit is fully refundable and will be returned within a week after the booking. 50% payment is required to secure the booking. The remaining 50% must be paid 7 days before the rental date. The password to the key box will only be provided after full payment.

We don't charge a cleaning fee, but we kindly ask that you take all trash with you, fold the chairs, and leave the space neat and tidy. Please remember to switch off all air conditioners and lights before you leave.

Full Refund for Early Cancellation: a 100% refund if you cancel more than 14 days before the booking date. Partial Refund for Late Cancellations: If you cancel between 4 to 7 days we provide a 50% refund . No Refund for Short-Notice Cancellations: For cancellations made within 3 days of the booking, we charge the full rental fee. Rescheduling: We allow a one-time rescheduling, subject to studio availability.

Noise Levels: No loud noise after 10 pm. Since we are located in an office building, noise levels must be kept under control. Capacity Limits: Strict adherence to the maximum number of attendees allowed for safety and comfort. Decorations: Do not use damaging decorations, such as adhesives on walls, confetti, glitter, or anything that could stain or damage the space. The venue should discuss and approve all decorations in advance. Alcohol: No alcohol consumption or sales are permitted on the premises. Fire Hazards: No open flames, including candles or sparklers, without explicit approval due to safety concerns. If the fire department is called due to a violation, you will be responsible for any associated costs. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited. Pets and Animals: Pets and animals are not allowed on the premises. Type of Event: Certain events, such as political, religious, or large public gatherings, may require special permits or may be restricted. Yes, you can bring your own equipment and decorations. You may store them on the mezzanine level to keep the first floor clear for workshops. If there are no scheduled workshops, you may leave them on the first floor.

A key box with a password is located at the entrance. The password is changed every day and will be given after full payment. Please return the keys to the box when leaving.

Please be aware that a surveillance camera is installed inside the studio for your security and safety.
